UMAC Challenge Day is back on set! In this harsh yet exciting challenge, the participants will encounter the real nature's power and test them physically and mentally. How will you survive for a day with limited resources in severe environment? This is the center theme for our UCD – SURVIVAL RACE.We strongly believe generations nowadays rely too much on technology which may be a hindrance for our social growth. Thus, we highly value the importance of breaking the barrier and our own limitation.

 

Participants will be assessed in few aspects namely strength, intelligence, teamwork, abilities while facing each challenge. Each challenge is highly customized and improvised to match our main theme “Survival Race” as a whole.“Thinking out of the box”, “sharing ideas”, and “mental readiness” is what we hope to bring out from every participants through this event. Deep down, we hope that participants can experience team effectiveness and self-development through our UCD 2016.

 

With the past experience of UCD 2015, we believe that a group of four could bring out the best of everyone in the team. To see UCD like just another ordinary challenge, you are definitely wrong. We are not merely competing but rather working together to gain the winning ticket. In a bigger picture, it’s the interaction and bonding that matter to us in this event.
